Rumos, a leader in IT consulting with over 30 years of experience, seeks an experienced IT Operations/DevOps professional in Porto. You will monitor production environments, resolve incidents, and collaborate across development, systems, database, and network teams to maintain service levels.

You will manage backups, capacity control, and recovery tests, while contributing to automation and new architectural initiatives. Fluency in English is required.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows environments with scripting skills (Shell, Python, and/or PowerShell).
• Experience with workload scheduling solutions (VTOM, Control-M) and monitoring tools (Zabbix or Grafana).
• Experience with application and web servers (JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, or IIS) and databases (Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, and/or MySQL).
• Knowledge of infrastructure and networking concepts (backups, LDAP, AD, Kerberos, Firewalls, Reverse Proxy, containers).
• Fluency in English (minimum B2).
• DevOps mindset, willingness to learn and develop; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure monitoring, support, and resolution of incidents in production environments, ensuring SLAs.
• Participate in management of operations and changes across applications and infrastructures with multiple teams.
• Ensure technical documentation, backup management, capacity control, and recovery tests.
• Contribute to automation initiatives and continuous process improvement; define architectures for new solutions.
