Act Digital is seeking an experienced IT Support specialist to provide L1/L2 technical assistance to end users across Porto and Lisbon. You will resolve hardware, software, OS, and network incidents promptly while maintaining high service levels.

You will diagnose Windows and macOS issues, manage device lifecycles, and support enterprise endpoints and meeting room technologies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and automation via PowerShell are essential.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in IT User Support, Service Desk, Workplace Support or Workplace Infrastructure in a corporate setting.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Solid experience with macOS configuration and troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L1/L2 IT technical support to end users across Porto and Lisbon, resolving hardware, software, OS, and network incidents per SLA.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot Windows, macOS, hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Manage full hardware and software lifecycle: provisioning, configuration, maintenance, replacement, decommissioning.
• Support enterprise endpoints, peripherals, and workplace technology; assist with meeting room technologies (Cisco, Microsoft Teams Rooms).
• Automate repetitive tasks with PowerShell or similar scripting tools; maintain IT assets and inventory.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Systems Administration, and Engineering teams during incidents and deployments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles; follow ITIL Incident/Problem/Change processes.
