Qualificações

• 8+ years in Release Management or related roles.
• Advanced Git knowledge, branching, and merge conflict handling.

Responsabilidades

• Own and govern the end-to-end release process, ensuring adherence to deployment procedures, controls, and governance standards.
• Manage release planning activities, including Jira tracking, dependency coordination, and alignment across multiple delivery teams.
• Oversee Git branch management, merge activities, and release package preparation, ensuring deployment readiness and minimizing operational risk.
• Lead recurring release governance and alignment meetings, facilitating communications between technical and business stakeholders.
• Prepare production deployment documentation, release manifests, and operational execution plans.
• Assess delivery risks and make critical release decisions, including escalation, postponement, or cancellation when platform stability or business continuity may be impacted.
• Act as the primary point of contact for release-related topics, providing guidance and visibility to internal and external teams.

The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise, particularly in Git and release management practices, with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to make informed decisions in high-pressure situations. Key Responsibilities
