As a Senior Release Manager, you will be working for our client, a leader in the technology industry committed to delivering innovative enterprise solutions. You will orchestrate complex, high-availability software releases, ensuring smooth delivery across multi-team environments and cutting-edge cloud platforms. Join a team focused on elevating release processes, automation, and quality assurance to propel mission-critical projects forward.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end release cycles for enterprise applications, ensuring seamless delivery and deployment.
• Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines, automation strategies, and release orchestration workflows using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, and ArgoWorkflow.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to align release plans with business objectives, ensuring transparency and coordination.
• Monitor release processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement contingencies to minimize risks.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of deployment methodologies in Agile, Scrum, and ITIL frameworks.
• Manage release documentation, change management, and compliance activities.
• Optimize containerization processes utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Ensure quality and performance standards are met through strategic testing, validation, and monitoring.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 7+ years of experience in Release Management, DevOps, or related fields.
• Deep expertise in CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, ArgoWorkflow.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and ServiceNow for planning and tracking releases.
• Solid understanding of data management, validation, and troubleshooting in deployment environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex release schedules within enterprise settings.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business insights.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with enterprise-scale release orchestration.
• Knowledge of data verification and database management techniques.
• Additional language skills are considered a plus.

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent in English (excellent command required).
