YOUR ROLE

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients, acting as a trusted partner for IT talent and staffing needs.
• Support business growth by identifying new opportunities and contributing to commercial activities.
• Coordinate IT recruitment and staffing processes, ensuring the successful delivery of qualified professionals to clients.
• Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and delivery teams to define hiring strategies and fulfil resource demands.
• Negotiate and manage client expectations, staffing requirements, and recruitment timelines.
• Monitor market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability within the IT sector.
• Prepare business reports, forecasts, and staffing updates for internal and client stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience in IT Business Management, IT Recruitment, IT Staffing, Account Management, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience managing the full IT recruitment lifecycle, including role qualification, candidate assessment, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and hiring processes.
• Strong knowledge of IT recruitment methodologies and the Portuguese IT talent market.
• Experience managing client relationships and staffing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working with ATS, CRM, and recruitment management tools is a plus.
