Capgemini Portugal is seeking a Security Solution Architect to define and implement security strategies across applications, cloud platforms, and infrastructure. You will assess risks, design secure architectures, and guide development teams on secure software practices.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to promote security throughout the SDLC, contribute to governance, and support incident response and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of experience as a Solution Architect.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with APIs, microservices, integrations, and containerized solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement security strategies, policies, and controls aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Assess, design, and review security architectures across applications, cloud platforms, and infrastructure environments.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate security risks, vulnerabilities, and threats, ensuring appropriate security measures are in place.
• Provide guidance to development and delivery teams on secure software design, threat modeling, security best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Support security governance activities, including audits, risk assessments, compliance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to incident response, security investigations, and remediation activities to strengthen the organization's security posture.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to promote security awareness and embed security throughout the software development and delivery lifecycle.

YOUR ROLE

YOUR PROFILE

• 3-5 years of experience as a Solution Architect.
• Proven experience designing end‑to‑end application and solution architectures.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with APIs, microservices, integrations, and containerized solutions.
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and security‑by‑design principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in English.
