Capgemini Portugal’s Data & AI consulting team is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to lead end-to-end BI and analytics delivery. You will oversee projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage client engagements to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.

The role requires deep BI knowledge, experience with Power BI/Tableau/Qlik, data warehousing, and cloud platforms, along with strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.

YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to join Capgemini Portugal’s Data & AI consulting team.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics consulting projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and delivery plans.
• Lead initiatives across the full BI and Analytics project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including BI consultants, Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Developers.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed quality standards, timelines, and client expectations.
• Oversee data modelling, reporting, dashboard development, testing, deployment, and user adoption activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders throughout project delivery.

YOUR PROFILE

• At least 7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Management, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing consulting projects and client engagements.
• Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end BI and Analytics solutions.
• Strong understanding of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics principles.
• Experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar.
• Knowledge of Data Warehousing, Data Modelling, ETL/ELT processes, and Analytics ecosystems.
• Understanding of modern cloud-based data platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong track record of stakeholder management at both operational and executive levels.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex delivery environments.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Relevant certifications in BI, Analytics, Cloud, or Data Platforms are advantageous
