Altia, a leader in digital transformation, seeks a Senior IT Business Analyst / Product Owner to drive high-impact projects for large public administrations in Portugal. You will model processes, define epics, write user stories, and shape backlogs for complex software solutions.

You will bridge business stakeholders with engineering teams, lead API REST integration efforts, and govern agile practices at scale (SAFe/Scrum).

Qualificações

• Experience leading IT business analysis and product ownership in large public sector or EU-funded programs.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and backlogs.
• Familiarity with BABOK and IEEE 29148 standards is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Specify functional requirements for API REST integrations and data mappings.

Are you a Senior IT Business Analyst / Product Owner looking to lead high-impact digital transformation initiatives? We are seeking a seasoned professional specialized in process modeling, technical API REST integration, and agile frameworks at scale (Scrum, SAFe). In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders in large public organizations and technical engineering teams, leveraging your deep domain expertise in EU Structural Funds and Cohesion Policy to drive complex software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Backlog Management: Lead the definition of epics, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria following BABOK and IEEE 29148 standards.
• Technical Analysis & Integration: Define functional specifications for API REST integrations and structured system configurations using JSON.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between senior business stakeholders and development squads to align technical delivery with organizational objectives.
• Agile Governance: Ensure methodological rigor across release trains and sprint execution using SAFe and Scrum frameworks.
