This hands-on HRBP role offers the opportunity to influence employee relations, performance, talent development and workforce planning across the organization, delivering an exceptional employee experience in an international environment.

Qualificações

• Experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent development and organizational development.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business leaders to translate priorities into people strategies.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance, talent and organizational topics.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning and retention initiatives.

Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys being close to the business, influencing leaders and turning people challenges into practical solutions?

We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join Genpact in Lisbon. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leaders and employees, helping shape the people agenda, strengthen engagement and support the business through growth and change.

This is a hands‑on HRBP role where you’ll have the opportunity to make a visible impact across the employee lifecycle while acting as a trusted advisor to the business.

What you’ll do

• Partner with business leaders to understand their priorities and translate them into effective people strategies.
• Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and senior stakeholders on employee relations, performance, talent and organizational topics.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, talent development and retention initiatives.
• Coach managers on leadership, performance management and employee engagement.
• Use HR data and insights to identify trends, anticipate challenges and recommend practical solutions.
• Support organizational changes, business transformations and restructuring initiatives when required.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and help create a positive, inclusive and high‑performing workplace.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and other HR teams to deliver an excellent employee experience.
• Ensure HR practices are aligned with company policies and local employment legislation.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and make them simpler, more effective and more business‑focused.

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience as an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Generalist or similar HR role, ideally within an international or fast‑paced organization.
• Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent management and organizational development.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on HR support.
• Confidence working with data and using HR insights to support decision‑making.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a changing environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Good understanding of Portuguese employment practices and legislation would be highly valued.
