Genpact in Lisbon is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to work closely with senior leaders and employees, shaping the people agenda and supporting growth through change.

This hands-on HRBP role offers the opportunity to influence employee relations, performance, talent development and workforce planning across the organization, delivering an exceptional employee experience in an international environment.

Qualificações

• Experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent development and organizational development.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business leaders to translate priorities into people strategies.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance, talent and organizational topics.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning and retention initiatives.
• Coach managers on leadership, performance management and engagement.
• Use HR data to identify trends and recommend practical solutions.
• Support organizational changes and transformations when required.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development to ensure a great employee experience.
• Ensure HR practices align with policies and local employment legislation.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and make them more business-focused.
