You will drive governance on critical HR metrics, collaborate with internal and external partners, and lead HR initiatives across culture, performance, recognition and policies in a fast‑paced, growth environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor-level or higher in HR/IR, psychology, or related field
• MBA or HR-focused masters desirable
• Proven experience in HR governance, employee relations and HR ops

Responsabilidades

• Drive governance on critical HR metrics such as retention, engagement & cost
• Engage with internal and external partners in matrixed HR relationships
• Lead and mentor HR initiatives, ensure employee satisfaction and development
• Interact with clients and demonstrate strong client management skills
• Lead change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition and policies
• Own HR operations, employee relations and business HR teams
• Promote alignment across the organization with consistent messaging
• Coach managers to grow their leadership capabilities
• Understand business challenges to address people needs
• Support scaling through change management initiatives
• Deliver short- and long-term HR solutions leveraging data
• Consult legal for compliance with regulations
• Maintain all communication and records for statutory compliance
• Drive HR policies and directives across the firm
• Collaborate with senior leadership on HR strategies
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance, talent acquisition, and org development
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and drive improvements
• Lead diversity and inclusion programs
• Partner with stakeholders to foster positive culture and experience
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Act as trusted advisor to employees and management
• Mentor HR team members to enhance skills

Job Description

• Drive governance on critical human resource metrics such as retention, engagement & cost for a fast paced business.
• Engage & work with key internal and external partners in a matrixed relationship for C&B, Staffing, HRSS and the business.
• Operate independently & ensure employee satisfaction & development of the team Train, mentor and leading HR initiatives and best Practices.
• Directly interact with the customer and you should have phenomenal Client Management skills.
• Lead the way in implementing change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition and policies.
• Responsible for HR operations, Employee Relations and Business HR teams.
• Promote alignment and collaboration across the organization, driving synergy and perspective, demonstrate common process and consistent messaging.
• Coach individual managers on growing management capabilities.
• Understand the business and its challenges to help address the organization and peoples’ ask.
• Assist with the change process as the company meets the challenges of hyper‑growth and the need to scale.
• Partner with expertise centers to tackle business problems and to executive on corporate‑wide talent initiatives.
• Deliver short‑term solutions while also solving for long‑term problems by addressing immediate challenges and underlying causes.
• Use data to measure success: learn, iterate, and improve; analyse trends and develop proactive actions to further support business objectives.
• Consult legal counsel to ensure that policies, actions comply to Statutory regulations by government / non‑government bodies.
• Manage, Own and Maintain all communication and records required for Statutory compliances.
• Own/drive HR policies and directives and ensure smooth implementation across the firm.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Provide expertise and guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve overall organizational effectiveness.
• Lead and support HR initiatives such as change management, employee engagement, and diversity & inclusion programs.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive a positive work culture and employee experience.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR‑related issues.
• Mentor and coach HR team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
