Job summary

You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, maintain records, support payroll/benefits, assist with employee relations and policy interpretation, prepare HR reports, and ensure compliance with labour laws while providing HR administration support.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2-3 years HR experience at senior level.
• Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
