Deel is hiring an Operations Manager to own the onboarding and ongoing operations for enterprise customers. You’ll collaborate with Product, Sales, Payroll, Legal, and Support to resolve complex challenges and build scalable processes that support growth.

You’ll gain deep exposure to onboarding, customer operations, payroll, product, and process improvement while shaping Deel’s operating model. An accelerated career path awaits high-potential operators in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical or technical degree.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to learn quickly and handle ambiguity.
• Interest in owning operations for enterprise customers.

Responsabilidades

• Own onboarding and operational delivery for enterprise customers.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Payroll, Legal, and Support to resolve issues.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable processes.
• Build trusted relationships with customers for a high-quality experience.
• Analyze operational data to spot trends and risks.
• Handle increasingly complex customer environments as you grow.
• Help build new operational playbooks to boost efficiency.
