SBM Offshore is seeking a Global IFS-CMMS Implementation Lead to ensure availability and efficiency of the IFS-CMMS system. The role drives improvements, coordinates with the IFS-CMMS team, and delivers end-user training and process documentation to meet SBM requirements.

You will monitor CMMS data, develop training programs for Fleet and shore base, and contribute to the annual roadmap for development and fixes, collaborating with offshore and HQ regions.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in managing/leading a team.
• Experience in oil and gas or shipping industry within a maintenance department.
• Experience in implementing IFS CMMS.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with IFS-CMMS team to meet business needs and training.
• Develop and update the IFS-CMMS training programme for Fleet and shore base.
• Monitor and analyze IFS-CMMS data to support fleet performance.
• Ensure technical integrity and consistency of Maintenance data in IFS-CMMS.
• Document all processes and provide access to the IFS-CMMS community.
• Provide coaching and end-user training for System improvements.
• Advise on development and fixes; prepare yearly roadmap.
• Issue bi-weekly and monthly progress reports on anomalies and change requests.

Formação académica

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

Electrical Engineering or related engineering field

Technical college or trades background with 10+ years in operational environments
