SBM Offshore in Portugal is seeking an experienced ICSS Engineer to support offshore FPSO processes, focusing on integrated control systems, safety functions, and cybersecurity. You will work with offshore teams and shore bases to ensure reliable ICSS operations, maintain OSIsoft PI data streams, and implement robust change control.
The role requires a Master or Bachelor in Control Systems, 10+ years in ICSS/Control Systems in Oil & Gas, expertise in PCS7, and strong governance of MOC and risk
Qualificações
- Master or Bachelor degree in Control System and Instrumentation Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of ICSS/Control System Engineer experience, with 10+ years in Oil & Gas.
- Expertise in PCS7 and Management of Change for ICSS modifications; risk assessments.
Responsabilidades
- Oversee Management of Change processes related to ICSS and cybersecurity.
- Implement robust controls to protect ICSS software from modifications and threats.
- Assess and develop offshore training for control system personnel.
- Collaborate with Fleet HR to enhance ICSS technician competency offshore.
- Participate in reliability studies and maintenance philosophy development.
- Support digital projects and maintain onshore data applications (OSIsoft PI, Matrikon).
