SBM Offshore is seeking a Global IFS-CMMS Implementation Lead to ensure availability and efficiency of the IFS-CMMS system. The role drives improvements, coordinates with the IFS-CMMS team, and delivers end-user training and process documentation to meet SBM requirements.

You will monitor CMMS data, develop training programs for Fleet and shore base, and contribute to the annual roadmap for development and fixes, collaborating with offshore and HQ regions.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in managing/leading a team.
• Experience in oil and gas or shipping industry within a maintenance department.
• Experience in implementing IFS CMMS.

Purpose

As the Global IFS- CMMS Implementation Lead, part of the Maintenance and Reliability team, you play a key role in ensuring availability, correct use and efficiency of the IFS-CMMS system.

You identify improvement and simplification opportunities in IFS-CMMS and coordinate the implementation of these within the system, while providing coaching support as well as end user training, process documentation to meet the SBM functional requirements.

Responsibilities

As the Subject Matter Expert of IFS-CMMS, you coordinate with all IFS-CMMS team to achieve the team objectives (Business needs, training, fleet support etc).

You are responsible for continuously improving the IFS-CMMS system based on operational and contractual requirements, and the need to integrate with other external tools.

You ensure the technical integrity and consistency of the Maintenance data within the IFS-CMMS.

You ensure that all processes running in the IFS-CMMS are properly documented and available to the IFS-CMMS community.

You are responsible for valuating, together with the business, new development from IFS-CMMS software before implementation in live system.

You are responsible for developing the IFS-CMMS training programme for the Fleet and shore base.

You ensure all the IFS-CMMS training materials/supports are up-to-date, approved and available to the IFS-CMMS Community (Regions, Offshore, HQ).

You are responsible for monitoring and analysis IFS-CMMS data and external data to support performance of the fleet.

You support the Maintenance CMMS Engineers and other SBM functions to ensure that the IFS-CMMS is tailored for their needs.

You act as user champion of the IFS-CMMS.

You issue and keep up-to-date a roadmap for the year listing approved development and required fixes.

You issue bi-weekly and monthly progress reports on both management of the anomalies and on the change requests.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field or

Technical college or trades background with 10+ years in operational environments with maintenance and/or CMMS supervisory experience.

Experience

At least 3 years' experience in managing/leading a team.

At least 5 years' experience in oil and gas or shipping industry within a maintenance department.

Experience in implementation of IFS Computerized Maintenance Management System.

Experience with databases (Oracle, SQL server), reporting systems (Power BI or SAP BusinessObjects or equivalent).
