SBM Offshore seeks a Global Reliability and Maintenance Advisor to ensure facilities, equipment and machinery operate efficiently. You will advise on preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance strategies, consulting with multiple departments to address needs.

You will lead maintenance teams, optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Strong CMMS experience and an engineering background are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum 15 years of experience in maintenance management or related field.
• Proven experience leading maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, equipment and safety regulations.
• Experience with CMMS and other maintenance software.

Responsabilidades

• Optimize performance and longevity of equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment and machinery.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records and report performance.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff.
