SBM Offshore in Porto is seeking a Global CMMS Team Lead on a temporary contract. This role focuses on overseeing the CMMS system to ensure its efficiency and proper documentation. Responsibilities include improving system operations, training user teams, and coordinating development projects.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, extensive experience in the oil and gas sector, and advanced skills in CMMS software and databases. A strong leadership background is essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in managing/leading a team.
• At least 5 years’ experience in the oil and gas or shipping industry within a maintenance department.
• Advanced user with CMMS system (IFS, Maximo, SAP, AMOS or equivalents).
• Advanced user with database skills (Oracle, SQL Server), reporting systems (Power BI or SAP BusinessObjects or equivalent).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all CMMS team to achieve team objectives including business needs and training.
• Continuously improve the CMMS system based on operational and contractual requirements.
• Ensure technical integrity and consistency of maintenance data with the CMMS.
• Document all processes running in the CMMS and ensure availability.
• Valuate new development in CMMS software before implementation.
• Develop CMMS training program for fleet and shore base.
• Monitor and analyze CMMS data and external data to support fleet performance.
• Support Project Engineers and SBM functions for CMMS tailoring.
• Act as user champion of the CMMS.
• Issue bi-weekly and monthly progress reports on anomalies and change requests.
