Job summary

SITA is seeking a Contracts Manager to own end-to-end contract management for key customers, spanning pre-sales to post-sales. You will be the primary interface for customers and internal teams, ensuring compliant, timely delivery of contract obligations while identifying risks and opportunities across global engagements.

Ideal candidates bring proven negotiation experience, legal awareness, and strong writing skills to structure complex agreements in an international telecom/IT setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading contract negotiation and execution in an international context.
• Strong ability to assess and manage contractual risk.
• Experience in contracts review and administration across pre-sales and post-sales.
• Clear explanation of legal concepts while protecting contractual interests.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contractual interface to internal and external customers.
• Prepare and approve contract documents for legal review and support complex deals.
• Support bid team to meet contractual obligations and pricing terms.
• Lead the project team to manage changes, risk, and invoicing per contract terms.
