Allianz Services is seeking a seasoned contract management professional to drive the contract landscape across operations. You will design, review, and manage agreements with customers, advise on contract processes, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliant, profitable contracts.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in economics or law and have 3+ years in contract management within IT Shared Services or outsourcing. English fluency is essential; German is a plus.

Qualificações

• Higher education degree in economics, law or comparable qualification / equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years (International) working experience in contract management or comparable areas; IT Shared Services and Outsourcing experience advantageous.
• Very good communication and relationship-building skills, especially with senior internal and external stakeholders; business fluent English; German a nice-to-have.
• Ability to shape contracts and understand HR, legal, taxation and accounting influences; strong analytical skills for SLAs, OLAs, business cases and financial models.
• Strong teamwork, assertiveness, resilience, and ability to work with limited guidance under pressure.
• Certification in contract and commercial management (e.g., World Commerce & Contracting).
• Interest in IT and Generative AI (GenAI) as valuable assets.

Responsabilidades

• Create, design, review, analyze, interpret and manage contracts between Allianz Services and customers.
• Advise business/ service owners on contract processes, clauses, and applicable areas.
• Gain insight into strategic, sourcing, legal, tax, data privacy, information security, and audit elements; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Promote contract awareness by sharing key aspects with business owners.
• Manage the analog/digital signature process of contracts.
• Maintain up-to-date contract repository.
• Prepare and present status, decisions and results to Senior Management.
• Develop and implement new reports to address business needs.
