SITA Switzerland Sarl is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee end-to-end contract life cycle for key customers in an international context. You will act as the main contractual interface, prepare and review documents, manage risk, and support pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure compliance with terms.

The role requires strong negotiation, legal understanding, and writing skills, with opportunities for professional growth in a global company.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in leading contract negotiation and execution in a Telecommunication or IT company.
• Ability to clearly explain legal concepts and to firmly protect SITA contractual interests.
• Extensive experience in managing structuring positioning and negotiating complex contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Be the main contractual interface to internal and external customers.
• Prepare and approve contract documents for legal review or support preparation of contractual documents depending on the complexity of the deal.
• Review understand and manage customer contract(s).
• Support the bid team to meet contractual obligations and commitments.
• Lead the negotiation of changes and disputes and keep contract documentation up-to-date.
