Job summary

ENOVIS is seeking a passionate Senior Customer Service Representative for the DACH region, based in Lisbon. You will manage accounts, process orders, and resolve inquiries with a customer-centric approach while supporting the local CS team.

The role requires 4+ years in customer service, fluent German (C2) and strong English, EU work eligibility, and willingness to travel. Hybrid work arrangements are available within a global medical tech environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Fluent in German (native or C2) with solid English comprehension.
• Eligible to work in EU and able to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders and inquiries accurately.
• Coordinate with Sales, Pricing and Master Data teams to resolve issues.
• Provide daily support to the CS team and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
