Job summary

adidas Group operates through Global Business Services and is seeking a Sr Specialist GBS Payroll (French Speaker) to ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery for France and related HR administration. You will combine hands-on payroll expertise with problem solving, customer focus and continuous improvement.

You will also help strengthen controls, implement changes, simplify processes and contribute to payroll technology and transformations while supporting audits and cross-functional programs.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in French payroll and HR operations.
• Experience with SAP HCM Payroll.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely payroll and HR administration for France.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities including contracts, data, benefits and absences.
• Perform payroll controls, statutory declarations and reconciliations.
• Provide clear, customer-focused support via ServiceNow and other channels.
• Monitor payroll legislation and translate changes into processes and tests.
• Investigate payroll issues and coordinate sustainable solutions.
• Support audits and URSSAF controls.
• Drive simplification, standardization, automation and digitalization.
• Contribute payroll expertise to transformation programs and testing.
