Siemens France is seeking a skilled HR Administrator to manage HR Administration tasks and lifecycle events for employees, focusing on payroll and data integrity. You will work with France labor regulations, SAP, and ServiceNow, ensuring accurate records and timely reporting.

Ideal candidates will have 3–4 years in similar roles, fluent French and proficient English, with a collaborative, detail-oriented approach and the ability to adapt to automation-driven processes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in HR, Psychology, Social Sciences or similar.
• Knowledge of France labor legislation / payroll.
• Minimum 3/4 years of experience in similar functions.
• Fluency in French is mandatory, in addition to Intermediate English.
• Solid SAP and MS Office knowledge.
• Strong knowledge about ServiceNow is highly appreciated

Responsabilidades

• Execution of tasks related to HR Administration for Siemens France;
• Data and employee lifecycle event management related to employees (from onboarding to termination);
• Management of employee related organizational structure (cost center, org unit, manager);
• Time Management;
• Payroll reporting.
