Grit Solutions is seeking a Strategic Functional Consultant to bridge business and technology within a legacy ERP landscape, focusing on logistics solutions. You will gather requirements, design functional solutions, and collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and developers to align cross-functional views toward actionable outcomes.

The role demands senior expertise in business analysis, strong technical grounding in databases and ERP systems, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in business analysis, functional consulting and solution design.
• Sound technical foundation in databases and legacy ERP landscapes.
• Domain experience in logistics, transport, supply chain or adjacent operations.
• Stakeholder management, clear communication and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent English, C1 level or above.

Responsabilités

• Bridge business and technology teams across a legacy ERP landscape, blending business analysis, solution design and technical insight.
• Collaborate daily with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts and developers on ERP platforms.
• Translate business needs into high-level and low-level functional designs; help define solutions and troubleshoot issues.

Job Description:

Link between business and technology teams across a legacy ERP landscape, blending business analysis, solution design and technical insight in support of logistics solutions. Daily collaboration with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts and developers on platforms such as WAM and AMCS. Requirements gathering and constructive challenge with stakeholders, conversion of business needs into high-level and low-level functional designs, help with solution definition and with troubleshooting of functional and technical issues, alignment of cross-functional viewpoints towards practical outcomes.

Must-Have:

• Senior-level experience in business analysis, functional consulting and solution design
• Sound technical foundation in databases and legacy ERP landscapes
• Domain experience in logistics, transport, supply chain or adjacent operations
• Stakeholder management, clear communication and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent English, C1 level or above

Would be great if you have:

• Practical work with WAM, AMCS or similar enterprise platforms
• Involvement in ERP modernisation, system integration or transformation programmes
• Experience of Agile or hybrid delivery models
