Job summary

Deel is seeking a Fraud Product Operations Manager to own product and fraud operations for Deel Security and Background Checks. You will report to the Product Manager for Deel Security and work remotely within EMEA time zones.

You start hands-on, running the review operation, setting standards for fraud decisions and driving product improvements. As the business grows, you may lead FraudOps end-to-end and build the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fraud operations, trust and safety, risk or financial crime investigations.
• Product or business operations background with SLAs, queues and ownership.
• Sharp fraud judgment and ability to translate findings into rules.
• Ability to pull and read data (SQL or similar) to spot patterns.
• Strong people skills to build trust with analysts, engineers and customers.
• Ownership mindset and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own product escalations from customers, partners and internal teams.
• Manage invoicing and billing operations for Deel Security and Background Checks.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including customer setup and vendor coordination.
• Ensure launch readiness with support, CS and sales teams.
• Define metrics and report performance to leadership and customers.
