Finastra in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Application Support Analyst to join our growing customer support team. You will partner with clients, Product teams, and Developers to investigate issues, drive resolutions, and deliver an exceptional experience in the retail banking sector.

Qualificações

• Fluent Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
• Experience supporting banking applications, financial services software, or enterprise applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience investigating issues through logs, technical analysis, or code reviews
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced support environment

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage customer-reported issues from investigation through to resolution.
• Analyse problems, identify root causes, and determine whether issues are functional, configuration-related, or software defects.
• Collaborate closely with Development and Product teams to resolve complex issues and validate fixes.
• Communicate confidently with customers and stakeholders, providing clear and timely updates.
• Support software releases, deployments, testing activities, and production validation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and documentation.
