Amaris Consulting is seeking an experienced Application Support professional to join our Banking IT Data Platform team in Lisbon. You will provide L1/L2 production support, analyze logs, monitor services, and drive continuous improvement while leveraging Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and Dynatrace to ensure high availability for critical banking applications.

Qualificações

• Experience in L1/L2 application support within a banking environment.
• Expertise in Linux, PL-SQL, Dynatrace, Kubernetes, Docker, and Ansible.
• Experience with automation using Ansible and Terraform.
• Academic background: computer science, engineering, or related field.
• English fluent. French is a plus.
• You demonstrate strong troubleshooting and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide application production support for Wealth Management IT Data platform applications and tools.
• Analyze system, middleware, and application logs to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Monitor services, report on performance, and drive continuous improvement of service quality and availability.
• Build and maintain Ansible playbooks and Terraform scripts to automate provisioning, configuration, and deployments.
• Assist and train other operations profiles on Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Escalate timely to the divisional lead on possible risks, escalation matters, and management issues.
• Adhere to service level objective targets for incidents and requests.
• Review and create application support knowledge articles.
