Job summary

Jobgether Srl is seeking a Product Manager - Money Movement in Portugal to own the end-to-end product surface for money movement across on-ramps, off-ramps, pay-ins, and payouts. You will shape payment infrastructure, settlement, reconciliation, liquidity, and treasury operations within a growing fintech platform.

You will collaborate with Finance, Fin Ops, and banking partners to replace manual workflows with scalable systems, drive corridor economics, and define operating models.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience for Senior-level consideration, or 7+ years for Lead-level consideration.
• Proven experience shipping payment rails in fintech environments.
• Hands-on experience with payment methods such as on-ramps, off-ramps, ACH, SWIFT, wire transfers, or card acquiring.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end money movement product surface across on-ramps, off-ramps, pay-ins, payouts, and infrastructure.
• Build scalable infrastructure for settlement, reconciliation, liquidity, and treasury operations.
• Define payments operating models covering settlement cycles, reconciliation cadence, and transaction processing.
• Collaborate with Finance, Fin Ops, and banking partners to replace manual processes with scalable systems.
• Analyze corridor economics and partner with PSPs/banks to optimize monetization.
