Quanteam - Portugal (RAINBOW PARTNERS Group) is seeking a Fees Payables Senior Officer in a hybrid role based in Lisbon. You will manage invoice calculations, monitoring, reconciliation and payment for commissions and fees, while coordinating with Front Office, Middle Office, Finance, Procurement and Accounting Controls.

Responsabilidades

• Calculate, monitor, reconcile and pay invoices for commissions and fees.
• Act as main contact for Front Office, Middle Office, Finance, Procurement and Accounting Controls.
• Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of operational issues with quick stakeholder feedback.
• Monitor escalations and coordinate with Team Leader.
• Contribute to process improvements and transformation projects.
• Support reporting and ensure data accuracy for the team.
• Perform End-of-Month processes and payment validation.
• Maintain operational efficiency and strong control standards.

We are looking for a Fees Payables Senior Officer

Main Tasks

• Manage the calculation, monitoring, reconciliation and payment of invoices related to different types of commissions and fees.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, including Front Office, Middle Office, Finance, Procurement and Accounting Controls.
• Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of operational issues, providing quick and accurate feedback to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage escalations, ensuring appropriate follow-up and coordination with the Team Leader when required.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including transformation projects, committees, internal control activities and incident management.
• Support reporting activities and act as an end user of reporting tools, ensuring data accuracy and relevant information for the team.
• Perform delegated value-added activities, including End-of-Month processes and payment validation.
• Support the team in maintaining operational efficiency, process quality and strong control standards.

• This role offers a gross annual salary between 15.000€ to 47.500€, defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies.
