Axians Portugal is seeking a Senior Officer in Fees Payables to oversee the computation, monitoring, reconciliation and payment of invoices related to commissions. You will serve as a key contact for multiple stakeholders and contribute to operational excellence in a dynamic, autonomous environment.

The role requires strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and fluency in English and Portuguese.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Experience with reporting tools and operational processes.
• Fluent English (Expert level).
• Fluent Portuguese (Expert level).

Responsabilités

• Participate in process improvement initiatives, transformation projects, committees, audits, and incident management activities.
• Act as the main point of contact for different internal stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration.
• Contribute to reporting activities and leverage reporting tools to support business needs.
• Provide timely feedback to internal and external stakeholders and coordinate follow-ups on escalated topics.
• Manage value-added tasks delegated by leadership, including end-of-month activities and payment validation processes.
