Job summary

Axians Portugal is seeking a Transversal Account Officer to support an international financial services project. You will help manage the investment lifecycle, ensure high-quality service delivery, and maintain regulatory and operational standards while serving as a key client contact.

The role focuses on client service, operational controls, and risk monitoring in a fast-paced, multinational environment. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Banking Operations, Financial Services, Middle Office, Back Office, or similar environments.
• Knowledge of clearing processes and investment lifecycle activities.
• Experience handling client requests and managing service delivery activities.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all clients (internal and external) related issues, queries and requests are addressed in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.
• First point of contact for all client queries and requests.
• Follow up of pending client queries and requests closely.
• Identify, assess, monitor and control the risks of the activity.
• Build KPIs and improve client experience.
• Prepare and send daily/monthly management reports.
