Job summary

Much Consulting is seeking a Senior ERP Solutions Consultant to spearhead market entry in Portugal. You will own lead development and the full sales cycle, from discovery to closing, while mentoring two Solution Executives and delivering compelling Odoo demos.

You will design complex architectures, craft high-value proposals, and drive outbound initiatives to hit revenue targets. English and Portuguese fluency is essential; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of ERP or complex B2B software solution sales, including hands-on management experience.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (C1); Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and manage 2x Solution Executives with a high potential to grow.
• Actively drive deals, support the team, and develop key leads.
• Lead calls and workshops (online or on-site) for process mapping and deliver Odoo demos.
• Design and present complex solution architectures and high-value commercial proposals.
• Define team targets, optimise sales workflows and participate in outbound campaigns.
