Much Consulting is seeking a Senior ERP Solutions Consultant in Portugal to own lead development and the full sales cycle, from discovery through closing. You will mentor a small team, drive deals, and run workshops to map processes and deliver Odoo demos.

The role requires 5+ years in ERP or complex B2B software sales, with fluency in Portuguese and English. A strategic, results-driven mindset and strong business acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of ERP or complex B2B software solution sales with hands-on leadership experience.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (C1); Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and manage 2x Solution Executives with growth potential.
• Drive deals, support sales process, and develop key leads independently.
• Lead calls and workshops (online or on-site) for process mapping and Odoo demos.
• Design and present complex solution architectures and high-value proposals.
• Define targets, optimize sales workflows, and participate in outbound campaigns.
