much. GmbH is seeking a Senior ERP Solutions Consultant in Lisbon to lead the Portuguese market. You will own lead development and the full sales cycle, from discovering client needs to closing deals, while mentoring two Solution Executives and driving revenue.

You will design complex ERP architectures, present high-value proposals, and run online or on-site workshops. Fluent Portuguese and English are required; Spanish is a plus. The role offers flexible hours and a competitive salary package.

Competenze

• Master Degree in IT, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of ERP or complex B2B software solution sales with hands-on management experience.
• Goal-oriented, hands-on & proactive problem solver.
• Strong business acumen and deep understanding of enterprise ERP workflows.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (C1); Spanish a plus.

Mansioni

• Mentor and manage 2x Solution Executives with high growth potential.
• Actively drive deals, support the team through the sales process and develop key leads.
• Lead calls and workshops (online or on-site) for process mapping and deliver Odoo demos.
• Design and present complex solution architectures and high-value commercial proposals.
• Define team targets, optimize sales workflows and participate in outbound initiatives & campaigns.
