much. GmbH in Lisbon seeks a Senior ERP Solutions Consultant to lead lead development and manage the full sales cycle, from discovering client needs to closing deals.

The role includes mentoring two Solution Executives, driving deals, leading calls/workshops for process mapping, and delivering Odoo demos with strong architecture proposals.

Fluent Portuguese and English (C1) are required; Spanish is a plus. The team offers a dynamic environment with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in IT or business administration.
• 5+ years in ERP or complex B2B software sales, including management

Responsabilidades

• Mentor and manage 2x Solution Executives with high growth potential.
• Drive deals, support the sales process, and develop key leads.
• Lead calls and workshops for process mapping and deliver Odoo demos.
• Design and present complex solution architectures and high-value proposals.
• Define team targets, optimise sales workflows and participate in outbound campaigns.
