Working on environmental and planning matters for Lightsource bp's growing Portuguese pipeline of utility-scale solar farms, you will collaborate with the Portuguese development team and external co-development partners.

The role covers all planning process aspects, focusing on environmental processes within the portfolio, liaising with local authorities and managing consultants to prepare environmental assessments and planning applications/amendments. Travel across Portugal is likely.

Qualificações

• Solid knowledge of the Portuguese environmental and planning system.
• 5+ years experience managing environmental planning applications.
• Experience on renewable energy projects is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and report environmental and permitting risks across project pipelines.
• Due diligence assessments of environmental planning/permit applications.
• Coordinate with authorities and consultants for environmental assessments and planning amendments.
• Oversee post-construction planning compliance audits for assets.
