ALTEN Delivery Centre Spain is seeking a Senior Users Environment engineer to join an international team. You will provide 3rd line support for end-user environments, manage MECM/SCCM and Intune, and handle Citrix environments across Windows 10/11 workplaces.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in end-user/workplace infrastructure environments.
• Strong 3rd line technical support experience.
• Excellent Windows 10/11 knowledge.
• Hands-on MECM/SCCM and Intune experience.
• Application packaging/mastering experience.
• AD and GPO administration proficiency.
• Experience with iOS/Android device management.
• Citrix Virtual Apps/StoreFront experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 3rd line support for end-user environment.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents related to workstations and user environments.
• Perform application packaging and mastering tasks.
• Manage and support mobile devices (iOS/Android).
• Administer Active Directory and GPOs.
• Maintain Microsoft workplace infrastructure and Citrix environments.
• Draft and maintain technical/operational docs.
