ALTEN is seeking a Product Owner - Workspace to lead standardized, secure client workspace platforms across Windows, macOS, iOS, and AVD. You will drive automation, manage vendor relationships, and oversee global rollout strategies in a multi-region setting.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on Intune/Autopilot, experience with SLA/KPI governance, and a proactive mindset toward reusable configurations and self-service automation.

Qualificações

• Proven experience managing client devices and applications with secure baseline configuration and staged rollout.
• Expertise in Intune/Autopilot and Conditional Access policies.
• Strong automation skills for policy, device, image, and application orchestration.
• Experience directing offshore teams and carriers/MSPs via SLAs/KPIs and cost-aware license management.
• Fluent English and proactive, platform-oriented problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Own the lifecycle operations of client devices (imaging, patching, updating, and decommissioning).
• Manage endpoint compliance and security baselines to ensure auditing standards.
• Define and maintain standard client images and application packages across platforms.
• Manage policies, configurations, and phased rollouts for applications and devices.
• Align software licensing and entitlements with cost efficiency and compliance.
• Maintain identity-to-device mappings and timely de-provisioning.
• Coordinate delivery with offshore teams and carriers/MSPs.
• Run service reviews and enforce SLAs and SOWs.
• Integrate with ServiceNow for catalog entries, request flows, and runbooks.

Purpose

• Provide a standardized, secure, and automated Client Workspace platform across multiple operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, AVD).
• Manage sourcing vendors operating at a global scale.

Impact & Scope

• High business impact: Prevent connectivity/security outages and halt operations.
• Global multi-region scope with supplier steering authority.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle operations of client devices (imaging, patching, updating, decommissioning).
• Manage endpoint compliance and security baselines to ensure auditing standards.
• Define and maintain standard client images and application packages across supported platforms (UAT, Production, Updating, and Retirement).
• Manage policies, configurations, and phased rollouts for applications and devices, using defined change windows and pilot groups to minimize risk.
• Align software licensing and entitlements with cost efficiency and compliance requirements.
• Maintain clean identity-to-device mappings and timely de-provisioning.
• Coordinate delivery with offshore teams and carriers/MSPs.
• Run service reviews and enforce standards to SLAs and SOWs.
• Integrate with ServiceNow (catalog entries, request flows, L1/L2 runbooks, and incident/MI playbooks).

• Fluent English, incident presence, and a proactive, platform-oriented mindset for problem-solving (reusable configs, self-service, automation).
