A Claranet procura um Engenheiro de Digital Workplace Sénior para integrar a nossa equipa de Talento em Porto/Maia. O(a) profissional será responsável por gerir o ciclo de vida de dispositivos Windows/Android, implementar Intune e políticas MDM, e conduzir remediação automatizada de vulnerabilidades.

O candidato ideal possui experiência sólida em Microsoft 365, Active Directory híbrido e automação com PowerShell, com conhecimento adicional de Networking e Linux valorizado.

Qualificações

• Experiência sólida como Digital Workplace / Modern Workplace / End User Computing Engineer.
• Especialização em Microsoft 365 e Active Directory (ambientes híbridos).
• Bom conhecimento de PowerShell (automatização, Conditional Access, identity mgmt).
• Conhecimentos de DNS e SMTP, soluções MDM e gestão de dispositivos móveis.
• Capacidade comprovada de automatizar operações e reduzir intervenções manuais.
• Conhecimentos de Networking e Linux são valorizados.

Responsabilidades

• Gerir e melhorar o ciclo de vida de dispositivos Windows e Android.
• Implementar e otimizar Microsoft Intune e soluções MDM, incluindo políticas de segurança.
• Conduzir remediação automatizada de vulnerabilidades com foco em soluções permanentes.
• Desenvolver automação e soluções de self-healing com PowerShell e IA.
• Gerir dispositivos móveis e dispositivos operacionais mantendo proteção de dados.
• Administrar e otimizar Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
• Monitorizar desempenho e disponibilidade do Digital Workplace, resolver incidentes complexos.
• Criar e manter documentação técnica clara e atualizada.

Right now, we are looking for a Senior Digital Workplace
Engineer for a client on our Talent
Team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Manage and continuously improve the modern device lifecycle for Windows and Android environments, ensuring stability, performance, compliance, and scalability.
• Implement, configure, and optimize Microsoft Intune and MDM solutions, including security baselines, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and update management.
• Drive automated vulnerability remediation with a focus on permanent fixes, recurrence reduction, and operational improvement.
• Develop automation and self -healing solutions using PowerShell scripting and AI -driven approaches.
• Manage and secure mobile and specialized devices (PDAs, tablets, operational devices), ensuring data protection and application control.
• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
• Proactively monitor Digital Workplace performance, availability, and service quality, resolving complex technical incidents and problems.
• Create and maintain clear, reusable, and up -to -date technical documentation.

You must have:

- Solid experience as a Digital Workplace / Modern
Workplace / End User Computing Engineer.

Strong expertise in:

• Microsoft 365
• Active Directory (hybrid environments)

Good knowledge
of:

• PowerShell scripting (automation, Conditional Access, identity management)
• DNS and SMTP
• MDM tools and mobile device management
• Proven ability to automate operations, implement remediation solutions, and reduce manual intervention.
• Knowledge of Networking and Linux systems is valued.
