Job summary

InnoTech in Lisbon is seeking a Senior DevOps/Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage Kubernetes clusters, and ensure reliable cloud operations across production environments.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in DevOps/SRE, strong Git/GitLab skills, familiarity with SonarQube, Grafana, and Terraform/CloudFormation, plus English or German at B2+. EU work permit is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and GitLab.
• Knowledge of SonarQube, Grafana and artifact management solutions.
• Experience with cloud operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, microservices, and SLAs.
• English or German proficiency at B2 level or above.
• CPLP nationality or a valid EU work permit.

Responsibilities

• Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications in production environments.
• Ensure cloud infrastructure reliability, application monitoring, troubleshooting, and compliance with SLAs.

• Collaborate directly with clients and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and reliable service delivery.

Your mission will be:

You will need:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering;
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and GitLab;
• Practical knowledge of SonarQube, Grafana, and artifact management solutions;
• Experience with cloud operations, application monitoring, troubleshooting, microservices, and SLAs;
• English or German proficiency at B2 level or above;
• CPLP nationality or a valid EU work permit.

Would be awesome if you have:

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related areas;
• Experience with Renovate, Trivy, and JFrog Artifactory;
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation;
• Experience with GitOps practices, GitLab CI/CD, Prometheus, and Grafana;
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, vulnerability management, and automated security controls;
• Previous experience working in Agile environments and using Jira and Confluence.
