We Are META, based in Lisbon, seeks a Senior DevOps consultant to join our network of national and international partners across diverse sectors of the tech industry.

The perfect Rhino will have 5+ years of DevOps experience, deep Elastic stack usage, OpenTelemetry, and strong Docker/Kubernetes skills, plus security RBAC and REST API familiarity. Hybrid work: 2 days/week in Lisbon; EU work permit or Portuguese citizenship required.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps.
• Hands-on with Elastic stack (Beats, Elastic Agents, Logstash, Elasticsearch, Kibana) for observability.
• OpenTelemetry instrumentation and telemetry data collection across distributed systems.
• Docker and Kubernetes for containerized workloads; REST API fundamentals for integration tasks.
• Security controls including authentication, RBAC, access management and audit compliance.

For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• +5 years of experience as a DevOps
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise with the Elastic platform, including Beats, Elastic Agents, Logstash, Elasticsearch, and Kibana, to support enterprise-grade observability deployments.
• Proficiency with OpenTelemetry standards for instrumentation and telemetry data collection across distributed systems.
• Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerized workloads, alongside REST API fundamentals for system integration tasks.
• Familiarity with security controls including authentication, RBAC, access management, and audit compliance within platform and infrastructure contexts.
• Fluency in English C1 (mandatory); French and/or Dutch ((plus))
• Availability for Hybrid model, 2 times a week based in Lisbon
• Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
