We Are META seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer (French Speaker) to join as a consultant in our network. You will leverage OpenShift and Kubernetes expertise, design IaC with Ansible/Terraform, and drive CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, ArgoCD or Jenkins, ensuring secure, scalable platforms.

You will mentor teammates in Agile settings, own initiatives end-to-end, and collaborate with multiple clients on hybrid or on-site arrangements in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Advanced mastery of Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes ecosystem.
• Infrastructure as code with Ansible and Terraform.
• CI/CD pipelines with ArgoCD, GitLab CI or Jenkins, GitOps.
• Strong Linux admin, networking, and IT security practices.
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or Go to automate tasks.
• Experience mentoring in Agile teams and delivering end-to-end projects.
• Fluent English and French (B2).
• Hybrid work 2/3x weekly in Lisbon or Porto; Portugal-based.

For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• 6+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
• Demonstrates advanced mastery of Red Hat OpenShift — covering administration, security, operators, and routing — alongside deep expertise across the broader Kubernetes ecosystem.
• Designs and maintains infrastructure as code using Ansible and Terraform to ensure consistent, repeatable environment provisioning and configuration management.
• Builds and operates CI/CD pipelines with ArgoCD, GitLab CI, or Jenkins, applying GitOps principles to streamline application delivery workflows.
• Holds strong systems and networking foundations, including Linux administration on Red Hat and CentOS distributions, network protocols, and IT security practices.
• Automates operational tasks and tooling through scripting in Python, Bash, or Go to reduce manual effort and improve platform reliability.
• Leads by example within Agile teams — mentoring junior engineers, owning projects end-to-end, and translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (B2)
• Fluency in French (B2)
• Availability for Hybrid model, 2/3x a week based in Lisbon or Porto
• Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
