Job summary

Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Management, IT, and Group Data teams to migrate to Databricks, decommission legacy platforms, and shape the technical direction of the platform while supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field.
• 5+ years in Data Engineering/Data & Analytics roles.
• Experience with Azure data services and Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and evolution of the Europe Data Platform on Databricks and Azure.
• Own end-to-end engineering delivery and set engineering standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to hiring and onboarding.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Management, IT, and Group Data teams.
