Loghic Hire is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design and operate cloud data platforms across Azure Databricks and AWS. You will own the data lifecycle, implement medallion architectures, tune Delta Lake workloads, and write production-grade PySpark/SQL/Python code.

The role is build-and-lead, with mentoring responsibilities and collaboration across analytics, data science, and platform teams. Hybrid model based in Lisbon with on-site collaboration and remote flexibility.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in data engineering or related field.
• 5+ years building production data platforms on Azure Databricks and AWS.
• Strong SQL and Python skills; production-grade code.
• Hands-on with medallion/lakehouse architectures end to end.
• Experience with CI/CD for data pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver cloud-native data platforms on Azure Databricks and AWS.
• Architect Bronze/Silver/Gold medallion pipelines with Delta Lake.
• Define lakehouse vs warehouse boundaries and integrate with multiple data services.
• Design batch, micro-batch, and streaming pipelines.
• Mentor engineers and set coding standards.
• Lead data governance, security, and compliance practices.
