IG&H, a leading data consultancy, seeks Senior/Principal Data Engineers to design and build scalable data platforms and analytics solutions. Based in Lisbon, you will own architecture, delivery, and client engagement, working with Databricks and Azure on cloud-native data platforms.

You’ll influence projects across financial services, retail, and healthcare while collaborating with Netherlands-based clients.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience delivering data platform and analytics solutions in complex environments.
• Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and data processing with PySpark or Pandas.
• Experience with Databricks (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Delta Live Tables) and cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
• Ability to design scalable, secure data architectures for enterprise analytics products.
• Proven track record leading workstreams, mentoring engineers, and coordinating client delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and build scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT) using Spark and PySpark.
• Lead data platform design including data lakes and warehouses with strong governance.
• Own project delivery, client engagement, and technical decision-making.
• Translate business requirements into robust, maintainable data solutions.
