SIXT is seeking a Senior Analyst to transform SEA bidding into scalable, AI-augmented processes. You will partner with Data Science, Pricing and Platform Engineering to optimize multi-million euro investments and embed algorithmic bidding into daily operations.

You will design experiments, build Python pipelines, and surface insights with SQL and BI tools. This role requires curiosity, fast learning and a proactive data-driven mindset.

Qualificações

• Experience in analytics, data science, or quantitative marketing.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools for data exploration and visualization.
• Understanding of digital auction mechanics and value-based bidding strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Model elasticity curves, marginal ROI and optimal bidding thresholds with Data Science.
• Design and run experiments on bidding strategies and pricing interactions via APIs.
• Use SQL/BI to surface inefficiencies and growth opportunities; monitor dynamics.
• Build Python pipelines to automate data ingestion, bid adjustments and monitoring.
• Develop dashboards exposing spend efficiency and market elasticity for self-serve insights.
• Bridge SEA, Data Science, Pricing and Platform Engineering; mentor teammates.
