SIXT is seeking a Purchasing Support Admin in Lisbon or Berlin to act as the organizational backbone of the purchasing team. You will manage contract data, fleet information, and holding cost calculations with precision, collaborating with a diverse team across two hubs.

You will review contract documents, maintain amendments, and evaluate AI-extracted data to improve data extraction processes while supporting prompt optimization. A hybrid work setup is available in Lisbon/Berlin.

Qualificações

• Degree in business management or vocational training in commercial/automotive sector.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus (French/Spanish).
• Strong Excel and Word skills; comfortable with multiple digital systems.

Responsabilidades

• Calculate and maintain fleet holding cost calculations in our systems.
• Act as first internal contact for data relating to vehicles and handle day-to-day operational issues.
