Five9 is seeking a Staff Information Security Engineer to lead the Cyber Resiliency program across AWS, GCP, and Azure. You will own governance, tooling, and remediation workflows, while partnering with engineering to scale security across our cloud environments.

You will also support Cloud Security initiatives, drive metrics, and report security posture to executives. Strong hands-on cloud security, IaC (Terraform), and CI/CD experience are essential.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of information security experience in a senior technical role.
• Experience operationalizing a security program with governance and reporting.
• Hands-on cloud security across GCP/AWS/Azure, IAM, networking, compute, and storage.
• IaC and CI/CD expertise (Terraform required).
• Ability to drive remediation and risk reduction without direct authority.
• Experience producing executive-level security metrics and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Cyber Resiliency program lifecycle, including tool administration and triage workflows.
• Develop governance docs, SLAs, escalation paths, and remediation cadences.
• Create executive security reporting on resilience trends and risk exposure.
• Lead communications to engineering on remediation expectations.
• Define prioritization frameworks balancing criticality, environment and effort.
• Collaborate with engineering to drive remediation via Jira and tracking progress.
