Five9 is seeking a Cloud Governance & Security Specialist to join our Porto team in a hybrid role. You will implement governance strategies across GCP, AWS, and Azure, enforce IAM and network security, and develop dashboards to track security posture and compliance.

You will collaborate with IT, Security, DevOps, and Product teams to standardize controls, drive regulatory alignment (GDPR/SOC 2), and support multi-cloud operations in a dynamic environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar.
• Experience with multi-cloud governance and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication to translate technical details for business teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement governance strategies, policies, frameworks in a multi-cloud environment.
• Enforce IAM policies and network security best practices across the organization.
• Develop dashboards to track cloud governance metrics and compliance.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, DevOps, Cloud Architects, and Product teams to maintain governance controls across environments.
